Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all purchases of digital on‑demand recorded online courses from daogenlife.
By completing your purchase, you agree to this policy.
1. Nature of Digital Products
All our courses are digital recorded content. Upon successful payment, you receive immediate permanent access to streaming video lessons, downloadable materials and course resources.
These digital products can be viewed, recorded, screen‑captured and downloaded once access is granted. They cannot be physically returned or taken back after delivery.
2. Refund Eligibility
Generally, all sales are final and non‑refundable.
Refund will only be considered under the single condition below:
You successfully completed payment, but you receive zero access to any course content, and we cannot fix this critical technical issue within 24 hours after you notify us.
Refunds will NOT be granted under any of the following circumstances:
‑ You change your mind after purchase
‑ You no longer have time to complete the course
‑ You expected different content than described on the sales page
‑ Device incompatibility or personal internet problems
‑ You have watched any lesson, downloaded any file, or screen‑recorded any part of the course content.
‑ Accidental purchase after course access has been unlocked.
Once any part of course content has been accessed by your account, your purchase becomes fully non‑refundable.
3. How to submit a technical‑issue refund request
If you meet the above technical‑failure condition, send an email to our support inbox with:
Full name
Order confirmation / order number
Clear description and evidence proving you cannot access any course material.
We will review your submission within 2‑3 business days. Only verified critical delivery failures will be approved.
4. Refund Processing
If a refund is approved, funds will return to your original payment method. Bank processing may take 5‑10 business days.
